Bruno Chicalia moved from banking to the mining and metallurgical industry, where he worked for almost twenty years at Vale SA, focusing on large-scale projects and process optimization. Excellent in procurement and supply chain management, led strategic and logistics procurement, as well as contract management.
As a former Director of Corporate Affairs and Communications for Africa, he has accumulated extensive experience in cross-cultural leadership and public and private stakeholder management.
He is a member of the Board of the Chamber of Mines of Mozambique, where he contributes to the growth and consolidation of the sector. With a degree in Economics, he is completing an Executive MBA at Esade, Spain, and holds IMD certifications in management, performance and leadership
Marcelo Tertuliano was for several years Chief Financial Officer of the largest company in Mozambique. He has over 28 years of experience in finance with skills in corporate finance, treasury, accounting, risk, M&A and related domains of the finance function, having worked in audit/consulting at one of the “Big 5” companies earlier in
his career. This combination provides a unique view from both sides of the table. He holds a Master’s degree, a postgraduate degree and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with courses at Harvard University (USA), IMD (Switzerland), MIT (USA), Chicago Booth School of Business (USA) and Fundação Getúlio Vargas (Brazil).
TANIA SANTHIM
Tânia Santhim is a lawyer with more than 15 years of experience in Legal and Tax advisory. She worked at PwC and at the law firm Sal & Caldeira, one of the most prestigious Mozambican law firms.
Given her professional experience, she has expertise in a variety of legal matters, such as corporate, labor, natural resources, banking, and foreign exchange.
She actively participated in the reforms of Mozambique’s tax legislation.
