On January 23, 2024, AIESEC Mozambique and CTJ Consultoria formalized a strategic partnership, established by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). This partnership aims to support and empower young Mozambicans to maximize their professional potential.

It is a pragmatic initiative that aims to provide coaching and skills development opportunities that foster leadership and innovation for young people, thus contributing to their personal and professional advancement.

CTJ is the result of the vision of two experienced executives who left their positions in a renowned company in the country at the end of 2023, to invest in the country’s potential. “Our focus is on generating lasting value, supporting not only business growth, but also the development of a more prosperous and just society,” express the founders.
